1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. After this period, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on how to return your item. Please note, a return authorization is required to process your return.
  3. Pack the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Use the shipping method provided in the return instructions to send your item back to us at the following address:

Please Note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 2 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the credit may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will either replace it or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • We may require photos of the damaged item for verification purposes.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
  • Custom or personalized products

7. Late Returns
